This is the complete TalentBook position on applicant data, written for people rather than lawyers.

What we collect

The application form asks for your name, age, gender, nationality, residency status, salary expectation, whether you have a Singapore bank account (yes or no), email address and WhatsApp number.

Where it goes

The application form is hosted by WhatsForm, a third-party form service that keeps a copy of the answers you send. After you submit, WhatsApp (Meta) opens so you can message the relevant team. We hand your details to the relevant employer and retain a copy. They are not sold or passed to any other party.

How long we keep it

One year, then deletion. Requests to remove your record earlier are always accepted.

Cookies and measurement

TalentBook uses the Google Ads tag (AW-17083633809) to see whether people who arrive from our adverts go on to apply. Google may set cookies and receive technical details such as your browser, device type, rough location and the pages you open. Your name, number and form answers are never put into these measurement events, and we run no remarketing or Customer Match lists. Cookies can be blocked or cleared in your browser settings at any time.

What we never ask you for

We never ask applicants for payment, passwords or banking details.
